Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to keep a visit together, to remember a reply on the phone that saved it, and, if you ask, to keep an organiser logged in.

3. Cookies we use

• rsvpnag Essential

  Until you close the browser. Holds the login for this visit, the list-password unlock, and the form check that stops a stale form being sent twice.

• rsv_consent Essential

  About 13 months. Stores the choice: essential only, or accept all.

• rsvp_ and the event id Essential

  About 180 days. Marks the phone that first saved a reply, so that phone can change it. One cookie for each event this phone has answered.

• rsv_remember Preference

  60 days. Optional Stay logged in. A selector and a secret that restore the organiser account after the browser closes. Set only when you tick Stay logged in. That tick also counts as accepting this cookie.

Log in, a new account, forgot password, a new password, a fresh email-confirmation request, and account save may show a Cloudflare Turnstile check. Cloudflare may set its own cookies while that check runs. Those cookies are Cloudflare’s.

Premium checkout happens on PayPal. PayPal may set cookies on PayPal’s own site. We do not read those.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on RSVPnag. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask where the law requires it.

4. Your choice

On the first visit you can choose Essential only or Accept all. Essentials keep the page, the reply on this phone, and a login until you close the browser. Accept all allows the stay-logged-in cookie. You still tick Stay logged in on the log in, new account, or new password form before that cookie is set.
