Terms of use
1. Who we are
RSVPnag is operated by Interactive Enterprises Limited (“we”, “us”), Isle of Man Company Number 137228C. Contact: [email protected]. Corporate site: int-ent.ltd.
2. Agreement
By using rsvpnag.com you agree to these terms, the Privacy statement, the Cookie policy, and the Refunds and cancellation page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
RSVPnag lets an organiser make an event and share one member link. Guests reply “I’m in” or “Can’t make it” and answer the lists on that event. They do not need an account. The organiser has an account. A list password is optional. When the organiser sets one, a guest types it before the invitation opens. A name already on the list can be changed from the phone that first saved it, or taken off the live list by the organiser. Taking a name off the list does not erase the reply. Closing an event stops the links and keeps the replies. Only the site owner can permanently delete a reply, and that is logged. Connection details (the IP address and the browser) are kept for a limited time, as described in the Privacy statement.
A free account can make events and copy the member link. A new account, and a changed account email, open after that address confirms a link we send. Premium adds email: the organiser can keep an address book, mail a group or one person, and ask for an email when someone replies. The price, currency, and billing cycle are shown on the billing page before you go to PayPal. Features and limits can change.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep the account password, and any list password, private. Anyone with the member link can open an invitation that has no list password. When a list password is set, they need that password too.
- Reply under a name you are allowed to use. Do not answer as someone else.
- Send invitations and guest emails only to people you may contact.
- Do not break the service, guess passwords, scrape it, or use it for unlawful content, harassment, or malware.
- Do not suggest that an event is run by Interactive Enterprises Limited unless it is.
5. Guest details and email
The organiser is responsible for the event and for the messages they send. On Premium we send those messages on the organiser’s instruction, from RSVPnag, with the organiser as the reply address. An optional guest email is collected so it is there if the organiser later mails the list. The address book holds names, emails, and group names the organiser types or imports. Other guests do not see either list.
6. Premium
Premium is a subscription billed by PayPal. You see the price and the cycle before you subscribe. Cancelling stops the next payment. Premium continues until the end of the period already paid, unless PayPal suspends the subscription or it expires. While Premium is off, the member link still works and email does not. The Refunds and cancellation page has the rest.
A later change to the public price applies to the next subscriber. A subscriber stays on the price stored on their account until they cancel.
7. Stay logged in
The account login lasts until you close the browser. If you tick Stay logged in, this device can open the account for 60 days after that. You are responsible for that device. Log out on a shared computer, and leave the box unticked. Changing the password ends stay-logged-in on the devices that had it.
8. Suspension
We may rate-limit, remove an event, or block access where we see abuse, a security risk, or a breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The RSVPnag name, the bell mark, the site design, and the software belong to Interactive Enterprises Limited or its licensors. Do not copy the mark or the design in a way that confuses people. Event text and guest replies belong to the people who wrote them. You give us permission to host and show that text so the service can run.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. Mail delivery, PayPal, and the network can fail, and we do not guarantee that every message will arrive or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to £100, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. The courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means the revised terms apply.
