Refunds and cancellation
1. What you are paying for
Premium is a subscription for the email side of RSVPnag: mailing the checked address list, and an optional email when someone replies. The member link is free. The price, currency, and cycle (every month, every 3 months, or every year) are shown on the billing page before you continue to PayPal.
2. Who takes the payment
PayPal takes the subscription payment. We store the subscription id, the status, and the price you agreed. We do not store the card number. PayPal’s own terms apply to the payment account.
3. How to cancel
While the subscription is active, the Premium page has Stop the next payment. Cancellation stops the renewal. Premium stays on until the end of the period already paid, and then the account returns to the free member link. You can also cancel from PayPal. The webhook from PayPal is what we treat as the record of that change.
4. Refunds
A period that has already started is not refunded, because Premium is available as soon as the subscription is active. Where Isle of Man law gives you a right that we cannot exclude, that right still applies. If you paid and Premium never switched on because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will either switch it on or refund that payment.
5. Failed or suspended payments
If PayPal suspends the subscription, or it expires, email stops. The events and the member link remain. A cancelled subscription keeps Premium until the paid period ends.
6. Price changes
If we change the public price or the cycle, that new offer applies to the next person who subscribes. It does not change the price already stored on an active subscription. That price stays until you cancel.
